At Wave mobile money, I own the L&D strategy and annual budget for a multi-country operations workforce. I introduced generative AI tools including Claude and Gemini, creating a Chief of Staff assistant, a training-content engine, and a productivity copilot.

I also launched competency and performance frameworks for Support Reps, QTOs and Group Leads, and designed onboarding programs using ADDIE, Bloom's and Kirkpatrick. An internal mobile-money liquidity dashboard with automated Slack reporting now informs weekly cash-positioning decisions.

At Keyrus, I designed competency frameworks for more than 100 engineers and managers across EMEA, built leadership programs, and launched KLX, a regional LMS. I also led HRIS and ATS implementation and designed AI-powered agents and automated workflows.

At Vistaprint / Cimpress, I designed global leadership programs and learning interventions that increased product buy rates by 20%. Earlier, I managed learning operations, training programs and HR solutions work across several organizations, including Education for Employment (EFE), Sopra HR and ESSEC Business School.
