At AIESEC in Tunisia, I led HR for a 1,200+ member organization across 11 local branches, covering recruitment, interviews, training, and performance tracking. During that year, the organization became the most awarded country in AIESEC's global network, and eight team members moved on to international leadership roles.
As National Head of Organizational Development, I owned strategy and talent management, including performance dashboards and process documentation. Earlier, I managed HR for AIESEC Manar and for a department at AIESEC in Tunisia.
At Ecomness, I was right hand to the CEO and handled HR for a team of about 10, alongside payroll and the monthly close. I also handled 1,000+ customer tickets per month and built Google Sheets systems and an AI-assisted Claude workflow to reduce manual work; I now consult on financial tracking and payment systems using Google Sheets.
