I build and professionalize HR functions for growing, complex organizations. Most recently at First Delivery, I structured HR across 15 agencies and 700 employees, partnering with leadership and operational managers.
I led HR process design, recruitment, onboarding, workforce administration, compliance, HR reporting, and recruitment workflow digitalization. My approach stays close to field realities while supporting performance and sustainable management practices.
At Euro-Information, part of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, I established the HR function for a 250-person IT subsidiary, recruiting technical and expert profiles while developing talent, performance processes, and career paths.
My experience also includes Sagemcom, Plasteel Tunisie, and Zodiac Aerospace–Safran, spanning industrial, automotive, electronics, and aerospace environments. I’ve managed complex employee situations, supported organizational change, developed skills, and coordinated a COVID vaccination project reaching 98% coverage for around 4,000 employees.
