What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital product and experience design where I can apply AI-assisted workflows, systems thinking, research, accessibility, and design systems to solve complex enterprise problems and build trusted, scalable products.

I've led experience design for AT&T's My AT&T App, T-Mobile for Business, and Insulet's Omnipod products, turning complex enterprise and regulated workflows into trusted, accessible digital experiences. At AT&T, my design-system and AI-powered experience work contributed to a 19% reduction in agent escalations and a 41% reduction in app load time.

I've built and mentored a 16-person global UX team, delivered FDA-regulated experiences in 10+ languages, and led AI-enabled product strategy, research, prototyping, and service design.
