What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-native, trust-centered product UX where design systems, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and research-embedded delivery help teams move faster while keeping quality and consistency high.

I lead UX teams end-to-end, from discovery through prototyping, validation, and build, most recently for Command Zero’s analyst-facing AI agentic investigation platform—redesigning IA, task flows, dashboards, and decision-support to improve clarity and time-to-insight.

I’ve also built and scaled global UX teams at CXS Technologies / Aristocrat, unified web and mobile experiences with shared patterns and critique practices, and partnered with Product and Engineering to prioritize trust-critical customer journeys. My focus keeps research and usability testing embedded in delivery, with AI-powered workflows in the loop, plus accessibility standards grounded in WCAG 2.2.
