What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote People Operations role across US/UK/EMEA where I can own end-to-end HR, build HR automation and people analytics, strengthen global compliance and EOR workflows, and partner closely with leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

I’m a strategic People Operations leader with 10+ years of progressive experience running the full employee lifecycle for global, remote-first technology companies. I’m at my best as a solo People team owner, delivering end-to-end HR operations, benefits design, payroll coordination, HRIS implementation, and compliance without losing speed or quality.

In my current role as Associate Director, People at TransFi, I manage every HR function end-to-end for 120+ employees across India, the UK, EMEA, and global markets. I designed structured onboarding programs for Day 1 readiness, built the company’s first automated leave and absence management process, and implemented greytHR as the first HRIS to eliminate manual errors and reduce administrative overhead.

I’m hands-on with people systems and data. I partnered across CEOs, Finance, IT, and Legal to align people strategy with business goals, developed people analytics reporting for leadership using exit and turnover trends, and built global background verification processes from scratch with SpringVerify to standardise checks across hiring markets.

I also bring strong employee-experience and risk-management instincts through benefits launches, global compliance and EOR management (Deel and Remote.com), and sensitive employee relations work including PIPs, exit interviews, and retention insights. Previously, I scaled India hiring at Confluent from the ground up as the first Recruitment Coordinator in India, mentored coordinators, and improved time-to-hire via interviewer calibration, and at Amazon and Cisco I owned candidate and offer operations end-to-end.
