I’m looking for a people-ops role where I can own HR infrastructure for remote, globally distributed teams—building policies, scalable processes, HRIS/compliance, and engagement programs with independent ownership and async-first collaboration.

I’m a People Operations & HR Specialist with 4+ years of progressive HR experience across global recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, and engagement program ownership. I’ve independently built and managed HR infrastructure for a fully remote, globally distributed workforce of 250+ employees, including authoring company-wide HR policies from the ground up—Leave & PTO Policy, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Workplace Ethics guidelines.

I also design scalable people programs that drive engagement and growth, from multi-tier Remote Rewards & Recognition to end-to-end performance review cycles and an LMS training suite for new joiners (Harassment at the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, Psychological Safety Through Communication, Workplace D&I, and Effective Discipline). As a recruiter and HR systems owner, I managed full-cycle hiring for Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Fraud, and Gemology—hiring 170+ employees—and administered Rippling HRIS, multi-state US employment compliance, and critical employee lifecycle documentation, all with cross-functional collaboration and high-trust, async-first execution.
