What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own HR systems end-to-end, automate manual work with tools like n8n, and partner with teams on HRBP, compliance, and workforce analytics in a remote/hybrid environment.

I bring 4.5+ years of HR operations experience across SaaS, IT, and tech startups, with a focus on owning the full employee lifecycle. I turn HR processes into reliable, async-first systems that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across distributed teams.

In my automation work, I built an end-to-end employee exit process that runs a 3-stage workflow (resignation day → onboarding pre-LWD → LWD). I automated 15+ email chains, IT asset checks, clearance coordination, and relieving letter drafts—so HR can move faster without missing steps.

I also strengthen HR decisions with workforce analytics and structured performance management. I’ve supported KPI-driven performance cycles, built HR dashboards using Power BI, and delivered insights like attrition analysis by department, tenure, and demographics to inform targeted retention.

Beyond operations, I lead DEI and employee relations programs—designing initiatives, handling grievances, and improving engagement. Currently, as an HR Program Manager, I’m implementing policy rollouts and compliance workflows (including Karnataka Menstrual Leave) and driving cost and process improvements through standardization and governance.
