What I'm looking for
I bring 4.5+ years of HR operations experience across SaaS, IT, and tech startups, with a focus on owning the full employee lifecycle. I turn HR processes into reliable, async-first systems that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across distributed teams.
In my automation work, I built an end-to-end employee exit process that runs a 3-stage workflow (resignation day → onboarding pre-LWD → LWD). I automated 15+ email chains, IT asset checks, clearance coordination, and relieving letter drafts—so HR can move faster without missing steps.
I also strengthen HR decisions with workforce analytics and structured performance management. I’ve supported KPI-driven performance cycles, built HR dashboards using Power BI, and delivered insights like attrition analysis by department, tenure, and demographics to inform targeted retention.
Beyond operations, I lead DEI and employee relations programs—designing initiatives, handling grievances, and improving engagement.
