I’m looking to partner with senior leadership to build scalable, people-first HR operations—blending compliance, performance systems, and people analytics to improve retention, talent growth, and organizational impact.

I’m an HR and People Operations leader with 13+ years of experience across HR, Business Strategy, and Operations. Currently, I work as an Associate Director at TurboHire Technologies., focusing on People Success and Business Partnering to drive organizational growth.

I lead end-to-end employee lifecycle work—talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, policy creation, compliance audits, and risk mitigation—while using data-driven insights to improve decisions. I’ve also built and scaled functions from scratch, including establishing a Learning & Development function, launching an organization-wide Rewards & Recognition program, and revamping performance evaluation with OKR-aligned goal setting, mid-year reviews, and calibration guidelines.
