I've spent over fifteen years supporting multinational technology projects, including VMware virtualization products, Oracle Applications at Riverbed IT, and the LYCOS Core Billing Platform. I turn customer use cases into product features, test ideas with customers, improve documentation and UI content, and create transparent communication between customers and technical teams.
Earlier, I led IT and ERP implementation at NAIRIAN, managed technical education programs across 17 locations in Armenia, and supported IT operations at USAID Armenia. I'm a CAPM and Scrum Fundamentals Certified professional with experience in project management, customer success, ERP, CRM, and enterprise IT support.
