I'm currently managing CRM Design and Motion Design operations at Brainrocket, coordinating in-house teams and outsourced vendors across concurrent delivery streams. I own requirements, sprint planning, quality review, stakeholder sign-off, and post-delivery learning.

Previously at ServiceTitan, I served as the liaison between enterprise clients and Product, QA, and Engineering during complex workflow implementations. My consultations, account reviews, and usage analysis helped accelerate customer time-to-value, improve retention, reduce support demand, and inform feature releases.

At BSG IT Group and ITShare Global, I built retention and onboarding programs, supported roadmap prioritization through behavioral analytics, and managed product delivery from requirements to post-launch iteration. I also conducted user research and A/B testing, partnered on payment and compliance flows, and delivered releases with Design, Marketing, and Engineering.

I'm motivated by trusted client relationships, clear delivery plans, and using data to reduce friction throughout the customer journey.
