What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or hybrid IT Systems, IT Operations, Application Support, or IT Analyst role where I can solve technical issues, improve processes, support users, and continue developing my systems and data skills.

I've supported IT environments of up to approximately 1,000 users at LabourNet, Scaw Metals Group/Barnes Group, and Mr Price Group, resolving hardware, software, network, workstation, and business application issues.

At LabourNet, I supported 500 users across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. I also built a cellphone inventory and contract management process, produced monthly device reports, analysed operational data with Excel and SQL, and coordinated vendors including Vodacom.

I'm now returning to IT after an international relocation, bringing practical systems support, service desk, asset management, project coordination, and Power BI experience to a remote or hybrid team.
