I'm currently maintaining networks, servers, user access, security protocols, backups, and Azure administration at Gulf Metal Mill Services in Jubail. I also supervise and mentor IT staff while improving end-user feedback and error-reporting processes.

Previously at Accenture, I managed service-management processes across incidents, requests, changes, configuration, problems, and knowledge management. I served as a single point of contact for IT operations, managed significant incidents through resolution within SLA, and supported client, server, storage, network, and mobile systems.

Across Interserve and PAN GULF HOLDING HCO, I've delivered second- and third-level support, maintained Windows, Linux, network, database, and virtual environments, and supported hundreds of users in fast-paced settings. I bring a methodical troubleshooting approach backed by MCSA, Azure, CCNA, RHCSA, ITIL, PRINCE2, and SCNS certifications.
