I’m a results-driven Global IT Systems Administrator with 22+ years of experience across enterprise IT operations, infrastructure management, and technical support. My focus is on Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM—paired with strong governance, continuity planning, and hands-on troubleshooting.

In my current role as an IT Technical Support Manager / Global Systems Administrator, I lead administration of a Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure Active Directory, including Exchange and security access policies. I also direct infrastructure modernization work such as network upgrades and structured cabling, while managing SCCM, Active Directory structure, endpoint management, and deployment operations.

Previously at the Deanship of IT, King Abdul Aziz University, I coordinated workflows for critical IT services to maintain uptime and continuity. I supported data center operations, performed root cause analysis and performance optimization for mission-critical servers, and contributed to disaster recovery planning and university-wide technical documentation.

I’m energized by complex integrations—particularly ERP implementation, training, and end-user enablement—and by aligning teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. I bring leadership to support operations, risk/operational reporting, and disaster recovery planning so services remain reliable, secure, and ready for change.
