I’m an HR Business Partner with experience managing a 500+ employee base, where I’ve built a strong track record in employee relations, engagement, and HR operations. Former HRBP at TCS (BFSI), I partner with business leaders to drive day-to-day HR outcomes and employee connect.

I handle exit processes end-to-end, including exit interviews and retention discussions, supported by dashboard-driven insights to improve decision-making. I curate the SPEED dashboard and work on WFO Index, while also running employee engagement initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction and participation.

My HR foundation is backed by exposure across core functions through my ONGC internship, including Corporate Social Responsibility, Data Analytics, performance management, disciplinary and accountability, loans and advances, establishment, hospitality and welfare, corporate communications, and recruitment and promotions. I’ve also earned trust through thorough, objective investigations and continuous employee engagement through floorwalks.

Beyond HR, I bring coordination and execution strengths from freelance decor management—working with vendors and teams to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
