I’m looking to lead HR strategy focused on employee experience—engagement, wellbeing, and learning—partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable impact, culture growth, and data-driven HR operations.

I’m an HR professional with 10+ years of experience creating meaningful employee experiences and delivering impactful HR initiatives. I build workplace culture through HR strategy, employee lifecycle ownership, and business partnering that helps organizations motivate, retain, and grow their people.

In recent roles, I’ve led Learning & Development end-to-end—from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and annual learning strategy to LMS administration, vendor partnerships, and learning effectiveness measurement. I also drive employee engagement and wellbeing through pulse surveys, recognition and rewards, comprehensive communication campaigns, and dashboards/SOPs that support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
