I’m looking to partner with leadership on data-driven HR strategy—owning the employee lifecycle, improving onboarding/offboarding and performance, strengthening compliance and engagement, and using HR analytics/HRMS to deliver measurable workforce outcomes.

I’m a dynamic HR professional with 12+ years driving strategic HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle—onboarding to offboarding, performance management, HR compliance, and policy development. I bring HR analytics and HRMS tooling expertise to turn workforce data into practical decisions that improve operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.

In my current HRBP/consultant role, I develop HR programs, manage onboarding-to-offboarding, and strengthen employee engagement through career planning, performance processes, and employee relations support. I’ve also streamlined HR operations for startup hire-to-exit work, led US HR operations, and spearheaded the creation and rollout of the company’s first PoSH policy and IC training framework—earning a CEO Recommendation Award (2023) for outstanding contributions to HR operations and engagement.
