I am a Software Support Executive with over 1.5 years of experience in providing first-level support for telecom operators and nodal officers through the NEP Portal. My role involves assisting users with portal navigation, survey data submissions, and certificate uploads, ensuring compliance with DoT and TEC regulations. I pride myself on my ability to act as a liaison between field users and technical teams, effectively resolving system issues and maintaining comprehensive logs of user interactions.

Currently, I work at Ramboll in Hyderabad, where I have successfully ensured a 100% Trouble Ticket Resolution SLA and maintained the NEP Portal's availability at 100%, exceeding the agreed SLA of 99.95%. My strong communication skills have enabled me to interact effectively with stakeholders, resulting in timely ticket closures and stakeholder satisfaction. I am committed to continuous improvement and actively listen to understand and address stakeholder concerns.
