At Teleperformance India supporting GoDaddy, I resolve complex Domain/DNS, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, hosting, and email-encryption issues while managing 25+ Salesforce tickets.
I create and maintain Known Error Database documentation, report recurring issues to developers, and support customers with domain registration, transfers, privacy, nameservers, forwarding, DNS propagation, and server holds.
Previously at eClerx supporting Comcast, I provided chat-based technical support for internet, cable, home security, phone, and billing services, while guiding more than 12 agents as floor support.
I also worked in broadband provisioning at Connect Broadband, activating wireline, Centrex, DSL, VLAN, and value-added services. My background includes 2G/3G drive testing, RF optimization, Huawei switching, DSLAMs, and network troubleshooting.
