What I'm looking for

I’m looking to consult with e-commerce and D2C teams to build and fix logistics and supply chain operations—especially ERP setup, order management automation, returns/RMA, and chargeback reduction that’s practical from day one.

I help e-commerce and D2C startups build, fix, and scale their logistics and supply chain operations, drawing on 10+ years managing end-to-end fulfilment for a global consumer robotics brand.

At Zimplistic India Pvt Ltd (Rotimatic), I led logistics, order management, and supply chain operations for a D2C consumer hardware brand selling globally across 15+ countries, managing a 6-person team processing 1,000+ orders per month.

I rolled out Odoo and OrderHive across Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Accounting, and Analytics, automated shipping label generation with the AfterShip API, and redesigned RMA and chargeback workflows—cutting monthly chargebacks from 70+ to under 10 and recovering 95%+ of faulty units for remanufacturing.
