Alongside that work, I own the product roadmap for Plus.Fan, a B2B sports-tech platform, and delivered features including a player trials and selection module, AI-based identity verification, and AI-generated captioning. At Ten24, I lead program management for multiple clients, coordinating SDLC and Agile delivery with Development and QA teams.

Previously, at Ultra Commerce, I built a 50-member team from scratch and managed India Operations and program delivery across concurrent client accounts. Earlier, I managed client projects at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, led an L2 support team at Genpact, and provided L2 technical support at IBM India.
