I've led technology operations and enterprise software deployments at NCR VOYIX and NCR Corporation, supporting sales, customer success, field service, installation, and deployment teams.
At NCR VOYIX, I owned API QA between Quickbase and ServiceNow and led teams of 40+ configuring applications for businesses of all sizes. I also created sales operations applications and documentation that improved order processing for more than 9,000 customer locations.
I centralized training and knowledge articles across seven teams, built an incident-tracking portal with Microsoft Forms, Lists, and Power Automate, and helped 20+ client service teams improve communication through performance-metric analysis.
Earlier at NCR, I enabled more than 1,000 sites to be configured in under a year through a client-facing Quickbase application and led software deployments and conversions for nearly 10,000 sites with over 95% success. I bring experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, IT service management, process improvement, and team leadership.
