I am a dedicated collection agent with extensive experience in customer service and office administration. Currently, I work at Exeter Finance in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where I handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their accounts, and negotiate repayment plans. My role requires a keen understanding of billing history and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to help them manage their loans.

Prior to my current position, I spent a decade at Kindercare Learning Centers, where I developed strong organizational and administrative skills. I was responsible for front desk operations, student enrollment, and maintaining communication with parents.
