I am an experienced credit and collections professional with a strong track record in monitoring credit lines, releasing orders, and collecting past-due invoices. I currently work as a Credit & Collections Analyst where I ensure purchase orders are accurate and payments are applied correctly.

Previously I managed corporate mail orders and produced and validated spreadsheets for large accounts, ensuring order and payment accuracy. I also served as a Collections Supervisor managing student loan portfolios and arranging programs to clear loan defaults.

My background includes contacting customers across medical, utility, and insurance accounts to arrange payments and reconcile balances. I have hands-on experience with collections systems and Microsoft Office tools.
