At Microsoft, I guided customers through onboarding, usage optimization, and Copilot adoption, helping improve activation, license utilization, retention, and time-to-value. I collaborated with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to identify onboarding friction and improve product usage journeys.

At VOIS, I led identity and access management initiatives using Azure AD, SSO, OAuth, and SAML, while automating recurring workflows with Power Automate. I also resolved complex infrastructure issues and improved service reliability and customer experience.

As a consultant at All For One, I translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, identify automation opportunities, and create documentation that improves usability and knowledge sharing. I've also built AI-assisted automation workflows and a Claude-based prototype for generating structured monthly programs.
