I am a product manager and product owner experienced in Agile development, SaaS product delivery, and stakeholder management. I define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps and translate client requirements into prioritized, actionable backlogs.

I have hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Swagger, and Postman, and a solid technical understanding of API integrations and cloud systems such as AWS S3. I partner closely with design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.

In recent roles I owned backlogs of 200+ user stories, ran Agile ceremonies to maintain on-time sprint completion, and improved delivery efficiency and usability metrics. I also have experience diagnosing system failures, automating deployments, and integrating endpoint management solutions.

I focus on data-driven decisions, clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and thorough UAT to ensure client satisfaction and successful releases in fast-paced environments.
