What I'm looking for
I’m a seasoned Operations and Project Manager with additional Account Management experience nearing a decade. I lead teams and deliver revenue-aligned solutions by building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
At APIC, I developed go-to-market strategies and programs for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) in Schools and Corrections, including a national rollout for a $3m statewide initiative and a national rollout of a $1m initiative. I manage state business and vendor registration, proposal and contract creation, and I organize and optimize SOPs, documentation, and grant/group training operating procedures.
I also manage sponsorship partnerships, initiatives, budgets, and scholarship execution as Program Manager for Sponsorships and Scholarships. I project-manage areas including Scholarships, Finance, Communications, Marketing, and E-Learning—while creating and managing new budget and finance systems for two departments.
Earlier, I conducted business analysis and created training materials, operations manuals, and SOP documents at Get Simple Systems. I’ve also led cross-functional delivery to complete $500K in contracted works at Savvy Cooperative, and at Pinterest I managed onboarding and sales enablement for teams of 8–14, training sessions, process optimization, and a multi-million-dollar client book that drove $21M in ad spend with revenue goal attainment of 103%.
