I am a result-driven professional focused on business growth through strong interpersonal skills, analysis, and disciplined execution. I bring progressive experience across banking sales, marketing, and business development, with a career shaped by sales targets, customer satisfaction, and positive teamwork.

In my current role as a Business Development Officer, I acquire new business through bank accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, and insurance, while establishing and achieving sales targets. I maintain effective customer and business relationships, analyze requirements, recommend appropriate products, evaluate flows of deals, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Previously, I worked in Sales and Marketing at Letshego Kenya Limited, where I contributed research to marketing strategies, designed and implemented marketing plans, tracked sales data, and presented regular performance reports. Earlier roles also strengthened my client onboarding and relationship management, and I hold CPA 1&2 plus a Bachelors of Commerce (Management Science), along with a Project Management Certificate.
