I am a dynamic travel industry professional with nearly 30 years of experience across corporate travel operations, project management, customer retention and leadership roles. I am passionate about delivering service excellence and building high-performance teams.

I have led large-scale operational restructuring, high-volume account integrations and national teams of 200+ staff, ensuring continuity during ownership transitions and the COVID-19 retrenchment process. I drove the onboarding and integration of a major government account that doubled a corporate division's size.
