What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can provide accurate customer or administrative support, resolve concerns professionally, strengthen my legal and communication skills, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I've supported DoorDash customers at TaskUs Philippines, handling 40–60 calls daily across delivery, order, account, payment, and service concerns.

I investigate issues, document case details accurately, follow policies and quality standards, and escalate cases when needed. I bring empathy, active listening, and professionalism to back-to-back customer interactions.

At McDonald's Philippines, I supported front-counter and drive-thru operations, handled cash transactions, resolved customer concerns, and trained in a high-volume food service environment.

Alongside customer support experience, I'm pursuing Legal Management studies with training in legal research, case analysis, legal writing, and legal reasoning.
