What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a positive, compliant, customer-focused role where I can use my call-center sales/collections experience, keep building trust, and grow my skills—while delivering measurable results and strong healthcare/financial outcomes.

I’m a customer service professional with deep call-center and healthcare/financial support experience, focused on helping people move forward. I balance empathy with action—handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls while keeping every interaction accurate, compliant, and on track.

Most recently as a Sales Advocate/Concierge and Collections Specialist with SCAN Health Plan (Remote), I managed outgoing self-pay calls on billed accounts and addressed overdue payments. I handled inbound inquiries to identify why accounts were delinquent, negotiated payment solutions, and took appropriate next steps to recover outstanding payments while maintaining customer relationships.

I’ve also supported teams in fast-paced environments—taking 1000+ calls per month, scheduling customers’ appointments throughout the day, greeting customers professionally, and escalating issues as needed. At APCO HOLDINGS, I led other team members, delivered quality service aligned with regulatory and compliance guidelines, and helped ensure accurate, professional responses to customer inquiries.

Beyond call center work, I bring leadership and operational strength from my Owner/Manager experience at Luscious Drinkz-Monroe, where I drove sales and profit, recruited and trained staff, and directed day-to-day execution to hit targets. I’m now looking to apply that same drive—plus my skills in healthcare privacy (HIPAA), revenue cycle support, and customer communication—to a role that values excellence, growth, and consistent results.
