I’m looking for a remote customer service or account support role where I can manage high-volume inbound calls, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation—bringing my mortgage and collections experience to help customers quickly and confidently.

I’m an experienced customer service and mortgage professional with 20+ years in call center operations, financial services, collections, and account support. I’m known for strong communication, accuracy, and handling sensitive accounts in fast-paced settings.

In mortgage servicing roles, I managed early-stage mortgage collections (0–90 days delinquent accounts), helped borrowers with payment arrangements, and delivered inbound call and account support. I maintained accurate documentation and compliance standards while resolving issues efficiently.
