What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue driving new-business and customer-portfolio growth through lead generation, account management, and tailored sales solutions, while developing through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on commercial experience.

At Chubb Fire and Security, I drive new business growth and expand SME customer portfolios through inbound conversion, structured outbound activity, and cross-selling. Within my first month in the SME service sales team, I achieved 130% of target against a £12,000 recurring-revenue goal.

I've built sales and account-management experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, supporting public-sector education and local-government customers from initial conversations through project implementation. As a vertical lead, I produced QBRs, developed go-to-market strategy, and coordinated the right business units and specialists for customers.

My background also includes lead generation, customer liaison, CRM reporting, and property management. I'm completing a Master's in Digital Marketing and Communications alongside a structured Sales Executive degree apprenticeship.
