What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead commercial growth, supplier partnerships, digital improvement, and high-quality customer experiences in hospitality, travel, events, or customer-focused operations.

I've led business development and operations for Crafted Projects since 2021, overseeing multiple North East hospitality venues while improving guest experience, commercial performance, websites, and on-site engagement.

Previously at Last Night of Freedom, I managed more than 60 national supplier accounts, including Premier League clubs, hotel chains, and leisure brands. I negotiated partnerships, maintained 3,000+ products, and led a regional department within an online travel, activities, and events business.

As Operations Manager, I helped build CRM systems, supplier and customer databases, and a scalable UK and Ireland product platform. I sourced and managed 250+ supplier partnerships across 25+ locations and supported customer service from post-sale through departure.

My hospitality background also includes leading restaurant and match-day bar teams, managing purchasing, stock, cash handling, training, events, and service delivery in fast-paced environments.
