I’m a Strategy & Operations leader and Chief of Staff who partners with founders and CxOs to scale B2B SaaS, with 13+ years of experience and an operator track record across two scale-ups.

At MoEngage, I lead a CEO Office team and oversee corporate development, including an in-flight AI-native acquisition, plus US-to-India entity restructuring and post-close integration ownership. I also own org-wide AOP/OKRs—redesigning the system to lift adoption from 40% to 70%—and led a full LATAM entry end-to-end with GTM model, ICP, pricing, sequencing, and on-ground hiring.

Earlier, I drove first-time company-wide OKR implementation at Amagi, program-managed Quote-to-Cash automation on Salesforce, and shaped gross margin through cloud cost optimization (AWS, GCP). I’ve also led revenue operations and pricing/rate cards during scale phases, including $350K+ in annualized cloud cost savings and hands-on GTM enablement, turning strategy into measurable revenue and EBITDA impact.
