I maintain compliant EMR documentation, assessments, follow-up records, and referral tracking while supporting intake, scheduling, outreach, provider communication, and appointment coordination. I use Identifi, Incedo, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Office Suite to manage documentation, reporting, communication, and healthcare data.

Previously, at the Arkansas Department of Corrections, I provided behavioral health support, crisis intervention, mental health monitoring, and reentry support planning for incarcerated populations.

I bring a patient-advocacy mindset to high-volume care coordination, collaborating with providers, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and member engagement.
