Saukut Habila

At GREEN LUNAR LTD, I provide technical and software support for organizational applications, including CBT, hospital, and school management systems. I troubleshoot software, connectivity, and user access issues, and help users work effectively with these systems.

I manage system roles and user access, train users on applications and workflows, and document technical issues and resolutions. I also support LAN and Wi-Fi environments, server connectivity, CCTV, biometric systems, and computer maintenance.

My support experience includes computer-based testing environments, where I troubleshoot examination software, system configuration, user access, computers, and connected peripherals. I’ve also supported hospital and school software users with application, access, and connectivity challenges.

I’ve developed web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, Node.js, and MySQL, with Git and GitHub for source control. I’m seeking remote, freelance, or contract work in technical support, software support, application support, IT support, networking, systems administration, implementation, or web development.
