What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT role in technical support, software or web development, systems, or QA and testing, where I can contribute quickly and keep growing.

I built and tested websites and programs in JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS through academic and personal projects. I found and fixed errors until the work functioned as intended.

I used Git and GitHub to manage code and track changes, and applied algorithmic thinking to break technical problems into steps.

At Café, I served customers, handled questions and complaints, and managed multiple requests. That experience helped me explain technical issues in plain English and stay calm under pressure.
