What I'm looking for

I want to write and improve technical documentation that boosts compliance, speeds processes, and strengthens developer and end-user understanding—working in structured, cross-functional teams with Agile/Scrum and modern documentation tooling.

I am a Senior Technical Writer with 13 years of expertise in technical writing and editing project and policy documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), end-user and training materials, and presentations.

I’ve spent 10 years on process improvement, restructuring for greater oversight and efficiency. I also bring 3 years of experience with API specifications, translating complex requirements into clear deliverables.

Most of my career has been in support of software/SaaS and API development. Oftentimes, it’s either been in direct support of healthcare entities, government agencies, or in aerospace/defense. This has led to me gaining experience with risk and security concerns, OAS, accessibility, ITAR, and other legal or governmental procedures.

With so much time spent in tech development, I’m comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Extensive collaboration with developers, engineers, and testers allows me to create thorough and accurate documentation on the project and product level.
