I am seeking an entry-level role in service management or operations where I can apply IT administration and onboarding skills, grow with a collaborative team, and contribute to efficient processes.

I am a motivated Business Administration student majoring in Management and Entrepreneurship with hands-on internship experience in Service Management and IT administration. I have supported JML processes, managed IT asset tracking, administered SharePoint and Teams Phone access, and collaborated with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate access control and timely service delivery.

I also bring customer-facing experience from the beauty and wellness industry where I supported treatments, sales, social media content, and client management. I am detail-oriented, a strong team player, and committed to continuous learning and contributing to efficient, well-managed operations.
