I have managed end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding — for roles from engineers to leadership, using ATS and major job portals.

I have led client relationships, account management, vendor coordination and team management while delivering creative sourcing strategies and meeting hiring SLAs.
