I identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by analysing customer usage patterns, and I work across teams to create a smooth transition from onboarding to long-term success. I also create reports and dashboards that track customer health, feedback, and retention metrics.

My experience includes HubSpot CRM, email campaigns, B2B outreach, event marketing, and designing event collaterals. I have supported networking events and lead generation while building relationships with potential clients through calls and emails.
