I’m looking for a role where I can design and automate ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB workflows, integrate systems with REST APIs, and support deployments end-to-end in an Agile, ITIL-aligned environment.

I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 2.5+ years of experience designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications across enterprise environments. My focus is on ITSM modules—Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB—grounded in ITIL best practices.

I build Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer solutions using JavaScript. I also integrate and migrate data with REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets, deploying across Development, Test, UAT, and Production while delivering requirement gathering, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and scalable outcomes in Agile Scrum and SDLC.
