I’m looking for a ServiceNow role where I can build scalable ITSM/HRSD workflows, scripting, service catalogs, and secure integrations, while collaborating in Agile teams and improving platform performance, reliability, and data governance.

I’m a ServiceNow Developer with around 4 years of experience delivering robust solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules in enterprise environments. I focus on ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation—building service catalogs, server/client scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts), and configurations like UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs to translate complex business needs into reliable platform implementations.

In my roles at Capgemini and Tech Mahindra, I’ve designed and supported end-to-end incident, problem, change, request, asset, and service catalog setups, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, and HR Service Delivery. I also implemented integrations using Orchestration with a blend of MID Server, REST, and SOAP (including Trello, SQL Server, Oracle Server, and LDAP), improved employee self-service adoption by 30%+, and strengthened security through data segregation and role-based access controls.
