At Technocore360, I own delivery for a client-services portfolio, primarily ServiceNow SOW hiring, and lead an 11-person India/U.S. team. I deployed more than 20 consultants against fixed acceptance criteria and cut time-to-fill for niche ServiceNow roles from 90 days to 15.

I built delivery KPI dashboards that surface fill rate, ramp time, and SLA adherence, helping leadership identify revenue leakage and bottlenecks. Earlier at Technocore360, I managed operations and capacity planning and maintained the internal ATS and external systems.

As internal product owner for the team's SaaS/ATS workflows, I gathered user feedback, prioritized enhancements with the vendor, and validated releases. I hold 18 ServiceNow micro- and suite certifications and am building Salesforce Agentforce and AI skills through Trailhead.
