What I'm looking for
I’m a US staffing delivery leader with 14+ years building and running remote delivery teams for healthcare and IT staffing. I’m known for training new teams and using AI to make delivery operations faster.
Most recently, I led delivery as a Sr. Delivery Manager at Protouch Staffing, running teams across account and service delivery, including leading 50 people (5 team leads, account managers). Before that, I drove healthcare recruiting and delivery leadership at eTeam (AMN/RightSourcing programs, MSP/VMS), handling escalations, KPIs, staffing lifecycle delivery, and performance reporting.
On the product side, I currently work as a Product Consultant (Agentic AI) at AdvisoryAce, where I single-handedly designed, built, and deployed 5 AI-powered products—from concept to live production. I’ve owned product strategy, architecture, development, and go-to-market, including Scout (an AI people search engine) that helped one client generate $650K in revenue in the first month with just a single employee.
I bring deep experience across travel healthcare and VMS platforms (AYA, Magnit, HWL, Fieldglass) and ATS tools like JobDiva, plus end-to-end staffing operations across sourcing, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and client satisfaction.
