I’m a Global Recruiting & Delivery Manager with 10+ years leading international recruiting teams across the US, UAE/MENA, and India for enterprise clients including Cisco, Qualcomm, Bank of America, Citi Financial, and the University of Chicago. I own full-cycle hiring delivery—from sourcing strategy to ATS/VMS administration and SLA/TAT compliance—while keeping pipeline health and hiring velocity predictable.
I’ve managed recruiting delivery governance end to end, building teams of 8–15 recruiters and leading a 12-recruiter program for AI, Blockchain, and Analytics searches.
