What I'm looking for

I’m seeking senior roles in international organisations, multilateral institutions, and global public sector environments where I can lead digital transformation, HR operations, process improvement, and institutional systems deployment.

At the National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies, I’ve built and deployed four live digital systems that serve government staff, students, and stakeholders across multiple state offices. My 2026 Staff Headcount Portal has captured 680 staff submissions with zero data loss, while digitised workflows reduced manual administrative workload by 75% and enabled paperless operations at the Kano Zonal Office.

I combine public administration, HR operations, programme analysis, and hands-on systems development using Google Apps Script, Firebase, JavaScript, and data reporting tools. I’ve led administrative support for 500+ staff, trained around 100 colleagues on digital systems, developed SOPs, and delivered dashboards and evaluation reports that support leadership decisions.
