At ValueBridge Consulting, I supported digital transformation and organizational development projects for public and private sector institutions. I contributed to technology deployment, data analysis, training, and organizational design.
For the Federal Ministry of Transportation’s Enterprise Content Management System deployment, I served as an assistant project manager and helped onboard more than 500 staff. I also spearheaded the system support team, resolving more than 100 user issues.
At the Federal Ministry of Interior, I supported ECMS configuration, testing, and rollout, as well as hands-on training and user support for more than 400 staff. I also contributed to performance management training for the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs.
My project work has included organizational assessments, job description development, and data analysis and visualization, including a regression analysis for GIZ International’s gender pay gap project. I use tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite to support analysis, reporting, and technology adoption.
