I’m a results-driven ICT professional with a Computer Science First Class Honours background, grounded in database systems, computer networks, software development, and digital records management. I focus on making technology work reliably for institutions, especially in public sector environments.

For the past several years, I’ve administered and supported ICT infrastructure through government and international contexts, including deploying and managing SAP ECM systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise database tools. I’m known for bridging technical ICT operations with institutional needs—protecting data integrity and improving digital efficiency.

In my current role as an ICT & Systems Officer (Administrative & Technical Operations), I maintain electronic document management via SAP ECM, manage departmental databases with backups and data governance, and configure digital filing and electronic correspondence workflows. I also provide Tier-1 support to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity, while producing system reports and decision-ready dashboards for leadership.

Previously, as a Remote ICT & Systems Support Specialist, I supported international clients by configuring cloud collaboration and project management platforms and maintaining structured, secure digital file systems. I also delivered procurement workflow support and enterprise record-keeping remotely—demonstrating initiative and reliable technical judgment with minimal supervision.
